Notes:

The type-C and type-D spools contain skew sextupoles. The type-E, type-G, and the chromaticity spools contain normal sextupoles.

 The C:S6xxx and C:S7xxx circuits are new for Run II. Sextupole magnets for these circuits were taken from the chromaticity circuits T:SF and T:SD.

 The polarity of C:S4F2A is changed between Run I and Run II.

1Polarity convention: Positve kicks protons up or radial inward. This is the same convention as the DFGs

2Run II polarity switch convention: Protons are kicked with the same polarity as the database scaling when the polarity switch is Plus.

Notes:

Compared to Run I the helix has changed sign in the long horizontal arc (starting at D0 and going to B0) and the helix has changed sign in the short vertical arc (starting at B0 and going to D0.)

During Run I the polarity of all separators remained the same except during reverse injection.

During Run II the polarity of the B17 horizontal separator switches when the helix is switched from the injection helix to the collision helix at lattice step 12.
