Tevatron Collider bunch placement

This table shows the head on collisions at the two Tevatron interaction points.  The bunch by bunch Luminosity readbacks should be indexed by the Proton bunch number colliding.   i.e. C:B0ILUM[4] is the luminosity for bunch P4 colliding with A28,

Injection bunch loading

The protons are loaded consecutively (one at a time).  The pbars are loaded in groups of 4.  The cogging parameter T:VQCOG3 is set to -161 for the first 3 transfers.  The first three transfers load bunches in this order:

transfer 1 ->  {1, 2, 3, 4}

transfer 2 ->  {13, 14, 15, 16}

transfer 3 ->  {25, 26, 27, 28}

After transfer 3, the pbars are cogged by 84 buckets to a value of -77 for the next 3 transfers:

transfer 4 ->  {5, 6, 7, 8]

transfere 5 ->  {17, 18, 19, 20}

transfer 6 ->  {29, 30, 31, 32}

After transfer 6, the pbars are cogged by 84 buckets to a value of +7 for the next 3 transfers:

transfer 7 ->  {9, 10, 11, 12}

transfer 8 ->  {21, 22, 23, 24}

transfer 9 ->  {33, 34, 35, 36}

The final cogging is done at flattop to a value of 67.96 buckets.
